Registration 2012

To register, simply download and fill out the 2012 Registration Form, linked below, and send along with your $300 deposit. To choose a session, please visit the Schedule Page. Note: Your 2012 Medical Form must reach us by April 1st, 2012.

TRANSPORTATION
All Students should be dropped off each morning between 8:50 and 9:00am. Regular Program students are to be picked up promptly at 3:00 PM. Teen Intensive pick-up is at 4pm. Teen Intensive pick-up is at 4pm.

LUNCH/SNACKS
LUNCH/SNACKS Lunch is held at approximately 11:45 am each day. Please be sure to send your child with a lunch, snack and adequate fluids for the day. Lunch cannot be purchased on the island.

ENROLLMENT
Tuition for each month-long session is $950. Tuition for Shakespearience is $450. A non-refunable deposit of $300 is due with your registration. Please complete the registration form and send it with full tuition or the deposit to: Rebel Shakespeare Company, P.O. Box 847, Salem, MA 01970. Full payment must be received by March 1, 2012. Students are not considered enrolled in the program unless a completed registration form, health form and the full tuition or deposit are received. (Enrollment over the phone cannot be accepted).

EARLY ENROLLMENT INCENTIVE
If we receive your registration and full tuition by January 30th, there is a $50 reduction in tuition. Simply include your full tuition with discount ($900) and be sure your envelope is postmarked by January 30th.

REFUND POLICY

The initial $300 deposit is non-refundable. A refund of the remaining tuition of $650 is available if participant notifies Rebel Shakespeare Company in writing more than six full weeks before the start date of the summer programs (June 27th). A 50% refund of the remaining tuition of $650 is available if participant notifies Rebel Shakespeare Company in writing more than four full weeks before the start date of the summer programs (June 27th). No refund is available after May 30th 2012.

Any change in enrollment (i.e. switching sessions) is subject to an additional $25 fee.

SCHOLARSHIPS
SCHOLARSHIPS Rebel Shakespeare Company offers a very limited number of partial scholarships. Please request a financial aid form when you send in your initial deposit of $300 along with your registration form. You will be required to submit proof of current salary including a recent tax return. Many local organizations offer assistance for summer camps. It is best to contact them as soon as possible. Past students have received aid from:Knights of Columbus, Salem Rotary, Marblehead Female Humane Society, The Salvation Army, Marblehead Counseling Center, Health and Education Services, Marblehead Public Schools, churches, temples and other charitable organizations.
