Microsoft Word versionPlease note: We must receive your completed participation waiver/ health form by April 1, 2008 along with your child's current immunization records. They are not required for initial enrollment. However, they must be in our hands by April 1st in order for us to receive our annual camp permit.
Failure to comply may put your child's enrollment in jeopardy.
Important Program Information
Transportation
Students should be dropped off each morning between 8:45 and 8:55AM and should be picked up promptly at 3:00 PM (Shakesperience and July/August Sessions) or 4:00PM (Teen Intensive Program).
Lunch/Snacks
We will take a break each day at approximately 12 noon. Students must bring a lunch, a snack and something to drink. Alternatively, they may purchase a sandwich and drink in the Winter Island Store after the first day.
Enrollment
Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the above-linked registration form and send it with full tuition payment or a minimum deposit of $200 per student per session to:

P.O. Box 847, Salem, MA 01970.Full payment must be received by April 1, 2008. Students are not considered enrolled in the program unless a completed registration form and the full tuition are received by April 1, 2008. (Enrollment over the phone cannot be accepted).
Refund Policy
A total refund, minus a $50 application fee per child, is available if participant notifies Rebel Shakespeare Company in writing more than four full weeks before the start date of the session.
A 50% refund (minus a $50 application fee per child) is available if participant notifies Rebel Shakespeare Company in writing more than two full weeks before the start date of the session.
Any change in enrollment (i.e. switching sessions) is subject to an additional $50 application fee.
No refunds can be given within two full weeks of the start date of the program.
Scholarships
Rebel Shakespeare Company offers a very limited number of partial scholarships. Please request a financial aid form when you send in your initial deposit of $200 along with your registration form. Many local organizations offer assistance for summer camps. It is best to contact them as soon as possible.
Past students have received aid from: Knights of Columbus, Salem Rotary, Marblehead Female Humane Society, Marblehead Counseling Center, Health and Education Services, churches, temples and other charitable organizations.
